Working process: the pump slurry sand water mixture is transported to the mud sand high-pressure separator, and the centrifugally concentrated tail sand is supplied to the dewatering screen through the grit setting nozzle. After dehydration by the dewatering screen, the tail sand and water are effectively separated, and a small amount of tail sand and mud return to the cleaning tank through the return tank. When the liquid level of the cleaning tank is too high, it is discharged through the discharge port. The weight concentration of material recovered by dehydration screen is 70% - 85%. The fineness modulus can be adjusted by changing the pump speed, changing the mortar concentration, adjusting the overflow water and replacing the mortar nozzle. So as to complete the three functions of cleaning, dehydration and classification.

1. Polyurethane screen
Its internal self-cleaning performance, no hole plugging, high screening efficiency and long service life. Because the polyurethane elastic screen uses steel wire rope as the skeleton material, and
the polyurethane itself has very high elastic modulus, high strength, impact absorption and high wear resistance, it has high tensile strength, and its bearing capacity is more than 2.5 times that of the rubber screen. Its service life is 8-10 times longer than that of ordinary metal screen, 3 times that of stainless steel screen and 3.9 times that of natural rubber.
It is a screen material with good wear resistance in the world.
2. Sediment separator
High wear-resistant raw materials, high elasticity, high strength, high wear-resistant, anti pulling, cutting and other characteristics. The separation principle of sediment separator is centrifugal sedimentation. When the slurry to be separated enters the sediment separator from the periphery of the sediment separator at a certain pressure, it is forced to rotate. Due to the different sizes of centrifugal force, centripetal buoyancy and fluid drag force, the solid coarse particles in the slurry overcome the hydraulic resistance and move towards the wall, and spiral downward along the wall under the joint action of their own gravity. The fine and small particles and most of the water rotate with the slurry before they get close to the wall because of the small centrifugal force.
3. Vacuum high pressure pump
A new type of vacuum high-pressure pump is adopted, which has the advantages of dynamic pressure reduction, efficiency sealing and difficult slurry leakage. The vacuum high-pressure pump is a wear-resistant and energy-saving vacuum high-pressure pump. Adopting the international advanced design theory and the principle of small loss, the shape of flow passage parts and slurry flow state have reached the ideal state.
4. Compound spring
Rubber spring helical composite spring not only has the characteristics of nonlinear and structural damping of rubber spring, but also has the characteristics of large deformation and large bearing capacity of metal spring. Its stability and bearing capacity are due to rubber spring.
