working principle:
When the motor is started, the power is transmitted to the worm gear reducer for deceleration through the coupling. The decelerated power is transmitted to the adjustable eccentric wheel (the position of the eccentric wheel shall be adjusted for the size of ore feeding), and then the eccentric wheel drives the swing bottom plate to swing back and forth in an arc through the connecting rod, so that the ore mouth can be opened and closed repeatedly from the surface, and the ore in the ore bin above the ore feeder can be discharged out of the machine at a constant speed through the inner cavity of the ore feeder body and the ore feeding mouth, Ensure that the ball mill is fed evenly for production.

working principle:
The swing times of valve fan are generally 45 ~ 50 times / min. When the valve fan retreats, the material is discharged from a gap formed between the valve fan and the valve body. This clearance is determined by the eccentricity of the deflection wheel. The adjustment range of eccentricity varies according to the specification of feeder. The V-belt reducer of the pendulum feeder forces the motor to decelerate, and the decelerated power is transmitted to the eccentric wheel with adjustable eccentricity. Then the eccentric wheel drives the swing bottom plate and the connecting rod to swing. The ore in the mine passes through the inner cavity of the feeder body and is discharged out of the machine from the discharge port at a uniform speed again and again to ensure uniform feeding to the ball mill. If you want to adjust the ore feeding amount of the feeder, you can change the length of the swing stroke. Thus, the feeding amount can be adjusted in a large range, the height of the outlet gate can be adjusted, and the size of the outlet can be changed, so as to accurately adjust the feeding amount.

Scope of application:
It is widely used in metallurgy, coal mine, beneficiation, building materials, chemical industry and combined equipment. It is suitable for batch feeding of small materials from ore bin, especially for feeding of ball mill and conveyor.
Pendulum feeder is suitable for small and granular materials with particle size less than 120 mm. The device has the advantages of simple structure, low price and convenient management. However, the working accuracy is poor, the feeding is discontinuous, and the measurement is difficult. When it is used for hard materials such as ore, the wear is serious. Because the powder is easy to fly and block, this machine is not suitable for conveying powder materials.
